Woke up today, with an empty heart, on an empty bed.
Saw pictures of you, full of happiness, full of joy, just the same ole you.

I remember the day we met, a day I will never, ever forget.
I remember our times together, the laughter, the happiness, the love we shared I thought would last forever.

I remember the last day I saw you, not knowing that soon my world would be shattered right through the core.
I remember the pain I felt, like I didn't want to live my life anymore.

Day by day, I try to get by.
Constantly reminding myself not to cry.
How I wish I could get the image of you out of my head.
